Chris Arnette
Co-Founder & Managing Member
More than 25 years in payments and fintech, from software developer to senior executive. Chris built a national payments company's product organization from the ground up — governing roadmaps across gateway, ACH/EFT, clearing and settlement, and CRM — launched an instant-funding product, and brought ACH processing in-house through acquisition. On the operations side he has run implementations, underwriting, risk, and customer service with a focus on revenue optimization and clean M&A integration. At Hyventur he leads product and platform architecture, building payment systems that are compliant by design and scale without chaos. He holds an MBA and is an ETA Certified Payments Professional.

Chairman of Wolpoff & Abramson, a nationally recognized creditors'-rights and litigation firm, Stuart brings more than 30 years leading receivables-management operations at national scale. He helped grow the legacy firm to over 2,000 employees across 22 states, overseeing tens of millions of legal referrals for many of the country's largest creditors. Through Wolpoff Ventures, his family office, he invests across lending, real estate, and technology, and advises founders and operators as a board member and executive coach. At Hyventur, Stuart brings the creditor and law-firm perspective that keeps the platform grounded in how recovery actually works.

Dave has worked in the receivables-management industry since 1986, consulting for law firms across the country to streamline workflows and modernize how payments get processed. He was a co-founder of Stratus, where he played an integral role in taking the company from concept all the way through to implementation. He is known for rolling up his sleeves to help, often before anyone asks and rarely counting the return. In every company he has helped build, worked for, or owned, customer service has been the heart of the operation — a conviction he brings to every Hyventur relationship. Outside of work, Dave serves on a committee for Sacred Heart Hospital, rallying local businesses each year behind its annual charity golf tournament.
